The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 has been signed by President Obama in Feb.2009.
Homeowners may get tax credit up to $1500 between Jan. 1, 2009 and Dec. 31, 2010 with qualified windows from Crystal.

Highlights from the American Recovery and Reinvesetment Act of 2009:
- This incentive applies to consumers
- The tax credit incentive period has been increased to two years through Dec. 31, 2010.
- The tax credit incentive applies to qualified remodeling projects which improve the energy efficiency of an existing home including the replacement of windows and doors.
- The tax credit has been raised for 10% of remodeling project total cost to 30%.
- The minimum credit for windows and doors has been raised from $250 to $1500.
Who Qualifies
- Homeowners that purchased qualified window or door products between Jan. 1, 2009 and Dec. 31, 2010
- Window or door Products' U-Factor is 0.30 or lower.
- Window or door Products' SHGC is 0.30 or lower.
What Should Homeowner Do to Claim Credit?
- Keep original sales receipt showing total window and door product purchase price
- Retain NFRC label from window or door glass panel.
