QUALITY
MANUFACTURING
Crystal takes pride in its state-of-the-art manufacturing, from the computer-controlled production of insulated glass units on-site, using the most energy efficient “warm-edge” insulated glass spacer technology, to the latest automated CNC four-point vinyl window welding equipment. Products not made at this facility are manufactured by Crystal’s award-winning 165,000-ft² affiliate factory in New York.
GROWTH
Crystal is currently undertaking a major 60,000-ft² factory expansion to increase its capacity for vinyl window production. Crystal sees continued growth for its installation services in the residential, multi-family and institutional markets. In the future, Crystal plans to add aluminum window manufacturing to its spectrum of products made at the Chicago facility.
